Black's Restaurant & Pub, Whistler Village

Captains only, no exceptions.
Since all of the information is available on line the captains meeting is not mandatory.

Parking
Due to the nature of the roadways parking will be restricted to one side off the road at each transition point, please make sure that you are on the correct side of the road before parking.
100 Meter Parking Rule Please do not park vehicles within 100 meters of a transition area unless specifically stated otherwise by a designated official.
Support Vehicles
Support Vehicles must not follow runners during the event if they are holding up traffic(any traffic). Support vehicles must use pull outs and safe areas to assist their runner.
Support Bicycles
Support Bicycles can be used for runner support, but cannot hold up traffic.
When traffic approaches cyclist must dismount and stand off to the side of the roadway and wait for traffic to pass.
Support Vehicles must display the Whistler100 vehicle pass on both the front and back of vehicle at all times.
Alcohol of any kind is not permitted anywhere during the event, this includes motor vehicles and RV's. Teams will be disqualified if any alcohol is present during the event.
